Job summary

Maxim Recruitment seeks a sharp Delay Planning Engineer for a global rail client in Sydney. The role focuses on developing baselines, assessing delays, and supporting EoT and disruption analyses on multi-billion AUD projects.

The ideal candidate has civil/building engineering background, strong Primavera P6 skills and proven experience delivering complex claims and negotiations in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with planning/delay planning on multi-million AUD$ civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with impact/das analysis and schedule risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Stable employment history with reputable employers.

Responsibilities

• Develop the works baseline programme using Primavera P6.
• Fact-find and analyse critical path, quantify delay and damages.
• Produce the claim and negotiation strategy with EoT considerations.
• Draft claim and defence documents for counterclaims.
