CAE is a global leader in simulation, training and mission readiness, seeking a Senior Instructor to lead instructors, manage training resources and build strong customer relationships in a Defence environment.

You will ensure training operations are delivered safely and effectively, drive continuous improvement of courseware and devices, mentor instructors, and coordinate training delivery, schedules and student progression within Australia’s Defence program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading teams, coordinating resources and managing training delivery activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills.
• Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
• Experience within Defence training systems and learning frameworks (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate instructors, training specialists and resources to achieve training outcomes.
• Manage training delivery, schedules, student progression and operational training requirements.
• Act as a key customer interface, building trusted relationships and supporting training operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of courseware, training materials and training devices.
• Support operational readiness by delivering instruction during periods of increased demand.
