CAE is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to deliver high-impact training for Defence and Security customers across Australia and globally. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia specialists, software developers, and training professionals to design engaging learning content that supports defence capability.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
• Undergraduate qualification in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related discipline.
• Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or computer-based training development.
• Strong written communication, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
• Ability to work from Homebush site in on-site or hybrid capacity.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate training development activities across multiple projects
• Review and quality assure training content to ensure compliance with established standards
• Work closely with subject matter experts and development teams to create engaging learning solutions
• Monitor project schedules, manage priorities, and identify risks to delivery
• Provide project progress updates and reporting to key stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of instructional design, writing, and media standards throughout the training development lifecycle
