• Experience mentoring less senior engineers and building technical capability in a team.
• Eligibility to attain CPEng; Eolas supports staff through the application.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of engineering documentation and provide engineering advice across design, integration and verification activities.
• Identify, assess and manage technical risk; support governance and delegations frameworks.
• Represent engineering interests in technical forums, working groups and formal reviews with contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop engineers earlier in their career and grow the talent pipeline.
• Collaborate across discipline streams to align inputs with program objectives.
