RPS in Perth seeks a Senior Project Manager for defence infrastructure projects. The role involves leading project delivery, managing client relationships, and guiding a growing team. Office-based with regular travel to client sites, including Garden Island. A tertiary PM/engineering qualification, security clearance and 8–10 years of relevant experience are expected, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance.
• 8–10 years project management experience.
• Experience in buildings and construction for Defence clients.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Contract management and design management experience.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to-site, including Garden Island.

Responsibilities
