Job summary

Telstra is seeking a Senior Data Insights & Analytics Analyst to lead enterprise reporting and analytics, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate data into strategic actions. You will shape data architecture, governance and performance metrics to enable proactive decisions across operations and investments.

The role requires 10+ years in data/analytics, strong leadership, and experience with modern data platforms, Power BI and Python.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience across data and analytics, BI, reporting and governance.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
Strong analytics, data modelling and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise reporting, scorecards and analytics for operational performance.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define problems and deliver insights.
Define problems and priorities, enabling data-driven decisions across O&I.
Ingest, integrate and automate data into strategic platforms.
Define and track enterprise metrics from trusted data sources.
Design and develop data models, pipelines and reusable assets.
