Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across enterprise data strategy and data transformation initiatives.
• Define and document data requirements, business rules, data definitions and data needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand how data is produced, consumed and used for decision-making and regulatory needs.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions with data, technology and architecture teams.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise data products and reusable data capabilities.
• Analyse data-related problems and identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency and scalability.
• Facilitate workshops to align business and technology around data requirements and solutions.
• Support delivery and adoption of new data capabilities across the organisation.
