Job summary

Talent Insights Group is seeking a Senior Data Solution Designer to design and deliver robust data solutions across the region. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models using AWS cloud services and modern ELT tooling, collaborating with data engineers and BI specialists.

The role focuses on data quality, governance, and effective data delivery for Finance, Sales Ops, and HR. Based in Melbourne, the contractor will join a proactive team delivering enterprise reporting

Qualifications

• Strong technical capability with data tools and modeling approaches.
• Experience with 3NF, Kimball, and Data Vault data models.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data lakes, and governance.
• Experience with data quality, testing, and monitoring pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to respond to data queries and provide datasets.
• Develop and implement data quality assurance processes.
• Translate business requirements into data models and mappings.
