Job summary

Delivery Centric Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong SQL, data modelling, and AWS data services. The role involves developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, building cloud-native data solutions, and supporting migration, governance, security, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in database and data engineering, proficiency in Python/PySpark, and familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in database and data engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL, database performance tuning, and data modelling.
• Experience with AWS data services, including: Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, AWS QuickSight.
• Familiarity with AWS DMS and SCT is desirable.
• Proficiency in Python and/or PySpark.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-native data solutions.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and operational support.
