Job summary

CommBank is pursuing world-class AI capabilities within Retail Banking Services. You will design and deploy GenAI and agentic AI systems, drive the adoption of advanced AI across RBS, and work to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.

You will lead the redevelopment of machine learning models, broaden data science usage across banking activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing GenAI and chatbot/LLM solutions for business use cases.
• Strong foundations in statistics and probability with model interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML model development.
• Excellent communication for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
