Commonwealth Bank of Australia is seeking an experienced AI lead to deliver high-priority GenAI and agentic AI initiatives within Retail Banking Services. You will design and deploy cutting-edge AI capabilities, oversee ML model modernization, and embed data science methods across the bank to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong Python skills, deep knowledge of Gen AI and LLMs, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience in Gen AI, chatbot development, and LLMs.
• Statistics and probability; interpret models.
• Python proficiency; AI/ML model development experience.
• Excellent communication for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
