You will help move models from experimentation to production with governance, quality data, and clear communication to senior stakeholders, ensuring practical outcomes for branches and customers.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on data science experience with ML model design and deployment.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, AI tooling and coding agents.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, MLOps practices, version control, CI/CD, model monitoring or observability tools.
• Ability to navigate discovery, model build, validation, deployment and monitoring lifecycles.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, data risk and governance considerations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and productionise ML, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for business problems.
• Translate customer service challenges into predictive or Agentic approaches.
• Shape GenAI opportunities across customer service and branch journeys.
• Translate complex business questions into well-defined ML or Agentic solutions.
• Support end-to-end data science lifecycle from ideation to governance.
• Influence data landscape, governance and data risk considerations.
• Define data science strategy and capability to support Customer Service Network priorities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk and business teams to assess value and constraints.
