You will partner with executives and data teams to build predictive and generative AI solutions, translate model outputs into business insights, and work with engineering on productionisation.

The role requires 4+ years in data science, strong Python, and experience with real-world datasets, GenAI exposure, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles.
• Strong predictive ML foundations including feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and interpretability.
• Experience working with real-world datasets and framing business problems.
• Exposure to GenAI: LLMs, SLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven AI/ML solutions across industries such as banking, insurance, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive ML models for forecasting, classification, optimisation, and anomaly detection.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques (regression, trees, ensembles, time series, clustering) based on business needs.
• Explore GenAI approaches where relevant, including LLMs, SLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and basic agentic workflows.
• Perform end-to-end data science work including data exploration, feature engineering, modelling, evaluation, and interpretation.
• Translate model outputs into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on model productionisation.
