Zip Co Limited in Sydney is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for the Customer Data Science team to move ideas from experimentation to production using ML and agentic AI to improve customer experiences.

You will lead design, development and deployment of ML and agentic AI solutions, collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate insights into practical actions and impactful customer outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science with a track record of delivering impactful ML/AI solutions.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills with strong knowledge of statistical modelling and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-ready ML models and agentic AI solutions, including LLMs.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills and ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
• A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
