Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Australia seeks a senior data leader to guide a team of Data Scientists, Analysts and cross-functional data enthusiasts in Sydney. You will own end-to-end delivery of data science projects with strong governance and AI-led initiatives.

You will mentor teams, design AI/ML models and RPA solutions, drive Microsoft Fabric adoption, and build scalable data products across IT, Sales, Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6–10 years in analytics/data science with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Data Scientists, Analysts, and data enthusiasts across functions.
• Design and implement AI/ML models and RPA solutions for automation and optimisation.
• Build reusable AI and RPA modules (forecasting, anomaly detection, process automation).
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive Microsoft Fabric adoption for scalable data and analytics solutions.
