Job summary

Deutsche Post Global Mail Australia seeks a senior data science leader to guide a team of Data Scientists, Analysts, and data enthusiasts across functions, delivering AI-driven data products and RPA solutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and drive Microsoft Fabric adoption to scale analytics across IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations. A strong background in Python, Power BI, and AI is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, CS, or a related field.
• 6–10 years in analytics/data science with leadership exposure.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks.
• Expert in Power BI and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience leading data/AI initiatives.

• Mentor Data Scientists, Analysts and data enthusiasts across functions.
