Job summary

iterate is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a large enterprise technology team in Melbourne, guiding Data & AI initiatives from concept to production. You will lead cross-functional squads, balance delivery and people leadership, and drive strategic planning across analytics and AI programs.

You will manage complex programs, coach high-performing teams, and partner with engineering, data, and business groups to deliver high-quality outcomes in an enterprise-scale environment.

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join one of Australia's largest enterprise technology teams, leading the delivery of innovative Data & AI initiatives that are transforming how the business uses analytics, automation and Generative AI.

Working within a high-performing Data & AI function, you'll lead cross-functional squads delivering complex technology initiatives from concept through to production. This role combines hands-on project delivery with people leadership, so we're looking for someone who can manage complex programs while building, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Data & AI projects from planning through to production
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resourcing, risks and dependencies
• Provide strong project governance, delivery reporting and forecasting
• Partner with engineering, data, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear communication around delivery, risks and priorities
• Help shape Data & AI delivery roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager with strong project management fundamentals and demonstrated people leadership experience.

You'll bring:

• Strong project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives end-to-end
• Proven people management experience, including coaching, development and performance management
• Experience managing scope, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, issues and dependencies
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and engineering teams
• Exposure to Data, Analytics or AI initiatives
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and delivery governance
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
