Mable is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data & Insights to turn data into actionable business insights in a fast-growing healthtech environment. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to identify challenges, develop recommendations, and prototype data science services that drive real-world impact.

Based in Sydney, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers an opportunity to influence product decisions while working in a high‑growth team that values curiosity, collaboration, and a can-do mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tool.
• Ability to communicate insights to a non-technical audience.
• Initiative and ownership to deliver work with autonomy.
• Collaboration skills to partner with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced growth environment.
• A can-do attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Structure approaches to business problems using data.
• Lead exploratory analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Identify why events happen and what it means.
• Create dashboards to track business metrics.
• Analyze results of split tests to evaluate features.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Develop and test rapid prototypes for data science services.
• Outline data implications for new product features.
• Ensure adherence to privacy and security policies.
