Job summary

Transport for NSW is advancing data-driven decision making to improve mobility and service outcomes. This role sits within the data and analytics ecosystem, collaborating across business units, external partners and governance teams to implement data strategy and governance.

The successful candidate will translate complex analytics into executive-ready insights and foster data literacy and policy development across the organisation, while working in a hybrid setup based from the advertised

Qualifications

Knowledge of data ecosystems, including data quality principles and modern data architecture approaches.
Experience with data governance, privacy requirements and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration across business units, external partners and analytics communities to support data strategy and sharing initiatives.
Partner with legal, privacy and compliance teams to deliver data initiatives that align with governance requirements and organisational objectives.
Translate complex data analysis into executive-ready insights, reports and recommendations that inform decision-making and strategic direction.
Champion data literacy, policy development and emerging data practices to embed data-driven ways of working across the organisation.
