Qualifications
- Registered Architect with 15+ years of experience and current professional registration.
- Extensive Data Centre sector experience with design considerations.
- Proven leadership: motivate, develop and grow high‑performing teams.
- Strong organisational skills for multidisciplinary projects.
- Strategic mindset to strengthen AECOM’s architectural offering.
Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership and technical oversight on Data Centre projects.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams through complex commissions and ensure design quality.
- Drive client satisfaction and win major pursuits through strong relationships.
- Mentor staff to elevate studio-wide capability and standards.
- Manage resources, budget, and risk to support strategic growth.
