STACK Infrastructure seeks a Senior Critical Operations Technician to oversee safe, stable operation of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and life-safety systems in our data centers. You will support first-response actions, verify plant condition after maintenance, and coach technicians to deliver high-quality operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating critical electrical/thermal systems within data centre or similar facilities.
• Ability to perform first-response stabilisation and structured troubleshooting.
• Proven capability to coach technicians and improve shift documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support 100% uptime through disciplined operational control and proactive monitoring.
• Monitor real-time plant conditions with BMS/EPMS and alarms, acting within authorised limits.
• Provide senior technical support to shift technicians and coordinate vendor activities during shifts.
• Coordinate with teams and ensure safe return-to-service after maintenance or configuration changes.
