Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Data Center HR Partner for the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) in Australia. This 100% onsite role acts as the strategic HR partner to cluster operations leadership, delivering scalable people strategies and high-stakes employee relations across multiple data-center sites.

Expect travel to assigned sites (about 25%), and influence through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP, HR generalist, or HR site partner roles.
• Experience supporting hourly/frontline populations of 100+ employees in an operations or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain onsite presence across clusters through site walks and listening strategies.
• Act as primary HR partner to cluster operations leadership and drive proactive people strategies.
• Lead high-complexity employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Design scalable manager capability programs and mentor HRPs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, ER, and LR to deliver integrated people strategies.
