Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partner or site partner roles.
• Experience supporting hourly frontline populations in an operations environment.
• Experience leading workforce planning and people strategy through organizational change.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations including investigations and managing complex ER cases.
• Working knowledge of Australia employment law.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR partner to cluster operations leadership and drive proactive people strategies.
• Lead high‑complexity employee relations matters and workplace investigations; build SOPs for cross‑cluster adoption.
• Design scalable manager capability programs and coach leaders on empathetic decision‑making.
• Coordinate cross‑cluster communications and participate in leadership forums.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, ER, and LR to deliver integrated people strategies and support site launches.
