Job summary

Hassett Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support BI, data analysis, reporting, and visualization across a not-for-profit organisation in Victoria. You will gather requirements, analyse data, and develop dashboards to drive decision‑making and external reporting, collaborating with the Applications & Analytics Manager.

You will work on data integrity, ETL processes, and governance, leveraging Power BI, SQL Server, and CRM systems to deliver actionable insights for community

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and business analysis.
• Strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server skills.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with databases, ETL, data visualization, and CRM systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to data warehousing or advanced analytics.
• Experience in community services, mental health, disability, aged care, or social services is advantageous.
• Experience with Carelink and/or MMEx is desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation across the organisation.

Working with the Applications & Analytics Manager, you will gather requirements, analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights that support decision‑making, continuous improvement, and external reporting requirements.
