Job summary

Stryker is seeking a senior Lead Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team, driving strategic insights and scalable analytics.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues, and promote adoption of modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to deliver tangible business value.

The role focuses on translating data into actionable decisions that improve performance and support Stryker's mission to make healthcare better.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Technology related areas.
• 5+ years' experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives delivering measurable business value.
• Advanced SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (e.g. Python, R).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar advanced analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across analytics projects and best-practice delivery.
• Build capability by mentoring colleagues and stakeholders into higher analytics maturity.
• Drive modern analytics adoption of tools and platforms like Fabric and Databricks.
• Lead end-to-end strategic analytics initiatives from problem definition to value realization.
• Improve analytics practices, governance, and delivery standards.
• Translate data into business value through analyses, dashboards, and visualisations.
• Partner with business and technical teams to solve problems and deliver outcomes.
• Share knowledge and expertise to foster continuous learning.
