Job summary

Preacta is modernizing its data platform, migrating core data warehousing to Databricks, and moving reporting away from legacy BI tools. You will lead a distributed analytics team, drive delivery, and shape architecture while balancing cost and performance.

Qualifications

• Senior IC who progressed to management with data/analytics focus
• 2+ years leading engineering teams with improved speed/quality
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and data integrity at scale
• Hands-on data warehouse migrations across multi-cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the data platform modernization program
• Build and scale a distributed analytics team
• Balance performance, infrastructure cost and business outcomes
• Lead sprint planning and coordinate with product, design and analytics
