Job summary

hipages is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a 12-month parental leave contract. You will work with a skilled data team to drive insights that feed into our commercial strategy and help evolve the hipages marketplace.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver reporting, insights and analytics for a range of projects, from channel performance to segmentation. Hybrid working with 2 days WFH supports life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data to inform business decisions.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Advanced SQL skills and BI tool proficiency.
• Experience in e-commerce or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a framework for sharing insights with the business and recommending product improvements.
• Analyse data, trends and results and explain their business impact to stakeholders.
• Explore the acquisition funnel to find insights that grow jobs and tradie numbers.
• Provide teams with data to shape use cases and requirements.
• Support segmentation strategies for a personalised customer experience.
• Design, run and measure feature experiments.
