We’re seeking a senior analytics engineer to lead a small team, shape data architecture, and drive end-to-end data products across the data platform. You will mentor engineers, champion best practices, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

The role focuses on dbt, Databricks, and Tableau, delivering scalable data models and governance while enabling self-serve analytics for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL with scalable data architectures.
• Hands-on with dbt and cloud platforms.
• Experience designing semantic layers in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engineers and mentor a craft pod.
• Architect scalable data models and data contracts.
• Deliver reliable data products with CI/CD and testing.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and documentation.
