Job summary

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem powering the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume and users. The Data Analyst will analyze vast transactional and customer data, build visualizations and models, and support compliance-driven analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analytics/science, strong SQL/Python/R skills, and hands-on experience with big data tools and visualization platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst/Data Science role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering field.
• Familiar with machine learning and deep learning algorithms; hands-on experience with LLMs is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, R, and Python for data analysis.
• Solid experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Experience handling large-scale data (PB-scale) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Presto, Hive).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize work.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and financial trading analytics is beneficial.
• Experience with AI-related domains is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, mine, and model large volumes of business data to build analytical systems and insights.
• Design and build complex visualizations and analytical models to support regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance to identify and deliver high-impact analytical use cases.
• Analyze and interpret PB-scale data using proprietary and open-source tools.
• Support data requests from business stakeholders and translate needs into data solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and set priorities.
