Job summary

Binance is seeking a data-driven algorithmist to develop and optimise core marketing models, including user behaviour prediction, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation strategies. You will design and build CTR/CVR and LTV forecasting models using real-time data to drive growth and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, a Master’s or higher in a relevant discipline, and strong skills in Python/Scala/Java, ML frameworks, and SQL/Hive.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Master’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java; familiar with Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., LR, GBDT, DNN) and marketing models (e.g., Uplift, Lookalike).
• Familiar with SQL/Hive and large-scale data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Deep understanding of user growth, ad placement, and e-commerce marketing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise core marketing algorithm models (CTR/CVR, LTV, attribution) and ROI estimation to improve marketing efficiency.
• Design data-driven strategies for user lifecycle management (acquisition, retention, repurchase) and measure impact.
• Build precision marketing models using real-time behavioural data and business objectives.
• Validate and iterate models via A/B testing, causal inference, and attribution analysis.
• Collaborate with data, product, and operations teams to deploy algorithms in marketing systems.
