Binance is hiring a Quantitative Trading Strategy Algorithm Engineer for a fully remote role with global teams. Your work will cover factor mining, model prediction, backtesting, and live deployment of trading strategies across traditional and on-chain assets.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or higher in a quantitative field, with deep Python expertise and ML/DL experience applied to large-scale time-series data. You’ll own end-to-end strategy loops in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a quantitative field with strong programming.
• Proven experience in quantitative trading strategy R&D and live deployment.
• Proficient in Python and ML/DL for large-scale time-series data.

Responsibilities

• Factor mining, validation and alpha signal discovery from multisource data.
• Design, backtest, and validate trading strategies end-to-end.
• Develop the quantitative pipeline from data to live execution.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure low-latency, robust deployment.
• Explore cross-market AI trading across traditional and on-chain assets.
• Assess P&L, risk, and alpha decay; optimize performance continuously.
