• Analysing business processes, systems, data flows and operational requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Eliciting, documenting and validating business, functional and non-functional requirements through engagement with business and technical stakeholders.
• Developing business process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories and other analysis artefacts to support project delivery.
• Analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, risks and opportunities that support informed decision-making.

This role will heavily focus on analysing business needs, documenting functional and technical requirements, mapping data and system interactions, and supporting the delivery of enhanced data, analytics, and integration capabilities.

• Initial contract till June 2027 + extensions
• Baseline Clearance or the ability to obtain one quickly
• ACT only
