Job summary

Endeavour Group is driving a data-led transformation across Australia’s retail and hospitality network, including Dan Murphy's, BWS and ALH hotels. As a Senior Product Manager in the Data & AI function within MixIn, you will shape first-party customer insights into scalable media products, self-service tools, and market-leading Go-To-Market strategies.

You will partner closely with MixIn to provide AI thought leadership and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling Data, AI, and analytical products to solve complex business problems.
• 5–10 years of experience in Customer or Digital Product Development, with background in Retail Media or AdTech advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in agile organisations and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to balance short-term feature delivery with overarching roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap Design: Design agile roadmaps for features delivering measurable customer and business value.
• Squad Delivery Leadership: Guide and empower cross-functional squads.
• Stakeholder Strategy Alignment: Bridge technical teams with internal stakeholders from design concepts to execution.
• Backlog Value Prioritisation: Prioritise backlog opportunities to solve high-impact problems and track revenue/CODB OKRs.
• Commercial P&L Management: Manage product P&Ls and vendor selections when evaluating build-versus-buy solutions.
• Strategic Dependency Balancing: Balance cross-team dependencies and align delivery with D&A strategy.
