Job summary

ThreatLocker is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical SME during the product lifecycle. You will support sales calls, lead product demonstrations, and provide post-sales technical assistance through audits and reviews.

You will craft detailed solution specifications and work with engineering to ensure feasible implementations. Ideal candidates have strong IT solutions experience, cybersecurity familiarity, and solid business-analysis skills, with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in IT solutions.
• Experience in cybersecurity preferred.
• Understanding of security best practices in systems.
• Advanced business analysis techniques and processes.
• Understanding of the sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales in lead calls and product demonstrations.
• Provide post-sales technical support to clients through audits and reviews.
• Define proposed solutions with detailed specifications including time and scope.
• Create practical demonstrations of proposed solutions for the team.
• Identify gaps in current technologies and mitigate risks.
• Document requirements for customer experience updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with sales to monitor progress and implementation.
• Create and deploy training webinars and materials.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador at conferences and events.
