Job summary

Hypha Recruit seeks an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant in Cybersecurity to drive both new business development and delivery. The role offers hybrid/remote work with one day per week meeting in Sussex, a base salary of £35,000–£55,000 plus market-leading commission, and potential equity/profit sharing.

You’ll join a director-led desk with autonomy to shape your market focus. You’ll build a client base, win retained searches, and work with high-growth cybersecurity firms internationally,

Qualifications

• Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants
• Technology recruitment experience highly desirable
• Cybersecurity recruitment experience advantageous

• Build and manage your own client base
