Job summary

Elysium Digital is seeking an experienced Cyber Project Manager to lead high-profile cyber security initiatives within a complex enterprise environment in Canberra.

The role requires a seasoned PM with a track record delivering cyber security projects, managing stakeholders, and driving outcomes across multiple technical workstreams. NV1 clearance is essential, with strong budgeting, planning and governance artefacts experience.

Qualifications

• NV1 Security Clearance.
• Experience delivering complex ICT or Cyber Security projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and delivery management skills.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, resources and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and governance artefacts.
• Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management artefacts (plans, RAID registers, governance packs, status reports).
• Develop, manage and track project schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, vendor resources and key stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with established governance and delivery frameworks.
• Prepare executive reporting and support governance forums and steering committees.
• Drive successful project outcomes across cyber security initiatives.
