Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives in a hybrid Sydney CBD setting.

You will drive IAM programs, integrate security controls into CI/CD workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT/tech PM, with 6+ years in cybersecurity projects, and strong Jira, IAM, and CI/CD tooling experience to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT or technology project management experience with 6+ years in cybersecurity projects.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to handover.
• Strong IAM knowledge including SSO, PAM and RBAC.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms and pipeline orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Broad cybersecurity domains knowledge: DevSecOps, software supply chain security, cloud, DLP, SIEM, Zero Trust.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Jira for planning, backlog management, sprints and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from scoping to handover.
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Manage IAM initiatives including access controls and identity security.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with milestones, dependencies and outcomes.
• Provide governance, risk management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners to meet scope, timeline and quality.
