Job summary

Probiotec in Melbourne is seeking an experienced supply chain / customer service professional to own the customer demand plan and lead service performance within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will be the central link between customers and internal operations, managing the customer demand plan and coordinating cross-functional responses.

The role emphasises data-driven planning, cross-functional collaboration with sales, planning, quality and logistics, and delivering DIFOT targets

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer supply chain, demand planning or leadership.
• Experience providing S&OP inputs and managing demand plans.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Commercial acumen in budgets, forecasting and revenue impact.
• Experience leading a team, including remote staff.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and chairing reviews.
• Continuous improvement mindset with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day supply chain contact for major customers.
• Lead monthly/quarterly supply chain reviews with key customers.
• Manage major customer projects like run-ins/run-outs and sustainability initiatives.
• Own the customer demand plan and coordinate cross-functional response to changes.
• Build annual budget visibility and rolling 12-18 month forecasts with Sales.
• Own S&OP inputs for demand, DIFOT and service.
• Track performance against monthly sales budgets and recover misses.
• Work with ops, planning, quality and logistics to hit DIFOT targets.
• Prepare weekly Open Order Report for Executive team; present reviews.
