Job summary

PepsiCo in Australia is seeking a Senior Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure optimal order fulfilment and swift customer issue resolution. You will help lead the team through process and system improvements while supporting continuous service enhancements for iconic brands like Doritos and Gatorade.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, SAP ECC experience, and strong Excel/Office skills to drive efficient operations and superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP ECC and IT project work.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong multi-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Backfill to the National Customer Service Manager when required.
• Assist with the supervision of the team's daily tasks and support the timely resolution of customer issues.
• Proactively inform internal stakeholders when customer issues arise ahead of escalation.
• Continually develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure these are always up to date.
• Lead the training of new Team Members to drive consistency.
• Manage the Customer Service stream in any system and process upgrade/improvement project in the business.
• Support operations team through distribution of service management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
