- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles.
- Experience designing recovery simulations and protection plans.
- Familiarity with Veeam platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for customers.
- Identify churn risk and renewal opportunities with technical insights.
- Deliver quarterly resilience reports and DR/MM assessments.
- Collaborate with Sales and CS leadership on adoption roadmaps.
