Qualifications

• Experience in a data analytics role delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Structured problem-solving with attention to detail; distil output into actionable findings.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python or similar for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI or Qlikview.
• Experience with distributed data processing and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Tertiary qualification in commerce, marketing, economics, mathematics or technology.

Responsibilities

• Customer behaviour/commercial analysis & insight generation across data sources.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and commercial teams on data objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and innovation.
• Deliver employment market insight to internal and external audiences.
• Design and build robust data pipelines and analytics-ready tables in Databricks.
