Job summary

Monks in Melbourne seeks a Customer Success Manager/Engagement Manager to own client relationships across data and analytics engagements. You will be the trusted face for a portfolio of enterprise clients, growing relationships, expanding scope, and ensuring measurable value from data investments.

You will translate complex outputs into business language for senior stakeholders, manage onshore/offshore delivery, and contribute to SOWs and commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles such as account management, digital consulting, or client services.
• Strong track record growing accounts and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable with budgets, SOWs, renewal conversations, and upsell opportunities.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and digital marketing ecosystems (DV360, CM360, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical concepts to business language.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and strategic relationship with a portfolio of enterprise clients in data and analytics engagements.
• Map client stakeholder landscapes and build rapport at all levels.
• Act as single point of contact, ensuring clear communication across client teams.
• Translate technical outputs into business value aligned with client KPIs.
• Run regular client check-ins, QBRs, and roadmap sessions.
• Proactively identify organic growth opportunities and upsell across service lines.
• Oversee delivery with onshore/offshore teams to meet scope and quality.
• Maintain delivery status visibility and manage client expectations.
• Assist in proposals, SOW development, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain Salesforce and internal systems records.
