The Department of Customer Service (DCS), NSW Government, Parramatta, seeks a Senior Service Controls Assurance Advisor to strengthen the control environment across Government Shared Services, delivering assurance, analytics and audit readiness to support multiple agencies.
You will lead risk-based reviews, analyse operational and financial data, design control tests, and partner with stakeholders to implement practical improvements.
Salary Range: $133,348 - $146,945 plus superannuation and leave loading

Location: Parramatta - Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
As our Senior Service Controls Assurance Advisor, you'll strengthen the control environment across Government Shared Services by delivering assurance, analytics and audit readiness activities. Working with leaders, stakeholders and service providers, you'll identify risks, improve controls and help drive better business outcomes.
You're an experienced assurance, audit, risk or controls professional who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing positive change. You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $133,348 base plus superannuation
