Formación

• Experience in crewing and crew management.

Responsabilidades

• Crew management and supervision of crew coordinators.
• Planning and appointment of vessel personnel per terms and agreements.
• Crew change and rotation planning to ensure timely relief and cost control.
• Full-cycle recruitment for officers and shipboard personnel.
• Ensuring seafarers’ training requirements are met.
• Maintaining accurate records in the crewing system.
