Job summary

National Australia Bank (NAB) is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Credit Structuring & Execution team within Diversified Corporates. You will contribute to origination, credit analysis, and deal execution while collaborating with Client Coverage, Product Partners and client support teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business or related discipline.
• Experience in Corporate Finance or banking in accounting/advisory environments.
• Strong financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination support, credit analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution on Diversified Corporates transactions.
• Engage multiple stakeholders to move transactions forward for a seamless client experience.
• Monitor risk profile and compliance for client portfolios and maintain portfolio hygiene.
• Conduct research to develop industry/sector knowledge and insights.
• Attend meetings to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risk.
• Provide guidance and coaching to graduates, interns and analysts.
