Aware Super is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to shape decisions across domestic and international credit markets. You will combine fundamental credit research, financial modelling and relative value analysis to drive actionable investment insights within our fixed income portfolios.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in investment management, banking or a rating agency with a proven track record in fundamental credit analysis and investment recommendations.
• Strong financial analysis and credit research capability, including financial modelling, internal credit ratings and relative value.
• Deep understanding of domestic and international credit markets, including sector dynamics, valuation drivers and emerging investment risks and opportunities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or a related discipline; CFA designation highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Undertake fundamental, bottom-up research across financial and corporate issuers, analysing business fundamentals, capital structures, sector dynamics and key credit risks.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and independent credit recommendations; translate research into portfolio insights.
• Initiate and maintain issuer coverage and lead due diligence meetings; monitor performance, markets and industry developments.
• Contribute to portfolio construction and investment discussions; articulate investment conviction to Portfolio Managers and stakeholders.
