Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level credit expertise across assessment, structuring and approval of complex commercial and business loans.
• Apply sound judgement to balance lending opportunities with risk management.
• Assess financial performance, cash flow, serviceability and borrower risk.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to structure commercially appropriate transactions.
• Contribute to credit policy, risk management and decision-making improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring across the business.
• Support development of lending capabilities as the organization grows.
