Rabobank is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst for Major Agribusiness Clients in Sydney. The role partners with the MAC team to assess financial information, structure loans, and provide joint recommendations for approval.

You will analyze credit quality, manage reviews, and support covenants in collaboration with Relationship Managers. Ideal candidates bring banking experience with Corporate/Institutional or Large Rural clients, strong risk knowledge, and excellent communication.

This includes not only assessing a customer’s credit profile but also providing support regarding the choice of the most appropriate loan structure and providing a joint recommendation for approval.You will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of credit quality and rating of the counterparty as evidenced by financial analysis and individual research.Other duties may include:* Completion of annual credit reviews in a timely manner (overdue reviews maintained within risk tolerance levels).* Work with the Relationship Manager and Relationship Analyst to ensure covenants/special conditions are actioned in a timely manner.* Establish strong working relationships with all stakeholders including attending client meetings where appropriate.
