Swan Studio, Australia\u2019s leading direct Paid Social creative agency, is expanding in Melbourne. As Senior Creative Strategist, you\'ll own strategy and output across a portfolio of key accounts, combining autonomy with data-driven direction and performance oversight.

You\'ll work with media buyers, producers, editors, and clients to synthesize data into actionable creative direction, while mentoring junior teammates and pushing AI-driven production methods to stay ahead in a fast-moving

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in direct response creative.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven content and platform best practices.
• Proven ability to conceive and launch direct response ads that drive purchases, sign-ups, or subscriptions.
• Strong command of short-form video, static design, and iterative testing.
• Experience briefing editors and motion designers for post-production outcomes.
• Experience managing client relationships, timelines, and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and creative direction end-to-end for key client accounts, driving growth through paid social creative.
• Collaborate with media buyers and clients to review performance data and translate insights into creative direction.
• Drive rapid ideation and testing across formats with a bias for speed.
