Job summary

BHP Group is seeking a Principal CPPM to lead Enterprise Mining Probabilistics for the Brisbane region. This role reports to the Superintendent Integrated Planning and focuses on CPPM routines, governance, and coaching across major coal operations in Queensland.

The successful candidate will have an engineering degree (mining preferred) and extensive open-cut coal mining experience, with strong systems thinking, problem solving, and data-analytic capabilities to drive improvements and safe

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer, preferably mining, with professional registration.
• Extensive open-cut coal mining operations experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Governance of 90-day execution plans and CPPM routines.
• Lead and uplift plan execution across sites.
• Coach and transfer skills to operational and project teams.
